Clarinox Technologies announces RFID solutions

Melbourne, Australia - February 22, 2005 … Clarinox Technologies Pty. Ltd., a leader in the fields of short-range wireless and embedded systems in Australia, today announced its radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions. Gokhan Tanyeri, Technical Director of Clarinox said that:

• Compatible Readers: handheld complete with LCD with optional Bluetooth, GPRS or CDMA module; short range (10cm) or long range (80cm) desktop; and embedded OEM 10cm readers
• Tags: passive, flat credit card tags and/or 4cm diameter buttons, up to 256bytes data
• Antennae: Clarinox can custom build or choose from a selection of antennae known to be compatible, in-tune with the project requirements.
• Development Kits: Kits for various platforms such as Windows, Linux, embedded linux, Windows CE and eCOS, containing software, readers and tags with documentation and sample applications.
