PEAKS at ASMS 2007

Waterloo, Canada - June 8, 2007…Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. (BSI) has completed another successful ASMS Conference. Two new tools introduced were the new SPIDER, which leads to better understanding of proteins by finding mutated peptides, and inChorus, that lets you directly launch multiple search engines (including Sequest and Mascot) to get better results.

Other improvements allow you to better organize your findings, export results. In short, you can easily integrate de novo sequencing with your other tools — that’s important because you’ll never get better confirmation of peptide hits, and you’ll pick up new peptides that couldn’t be found any other way.
