Headspace Vials (Round Bottom)

Headspace vials are made from 51-expansion type 1 borosilicate glass. The lip has a beveled shape (slightly raised inner edge) for tight seals. The dimensions for our Headspace Vials are: 6 ml, 22 x 38 mm; 10 ml, 22 x 46 mm; 20 ml, 22 x 75 mm; 27 mm, 30 x 60 mm.

Flat bottom headspace vials can be used in Agilent/HP, Carlo Erba and Shimadzu autosamplers.

6mL clear headspace vial combo-pack. Vial is 22×38 mm; 51-expansion borosilicate glass. With 20 mm aluminum crimp cap and PTFE/silicone Septum 3 (3 mm thick). PTFE layer is 0.13 mm.

10 ml clear headspace vial combo-pack. Vial is made from 51-expansion borosilicate glass. With 20 mm aluminum seal and PTFE/silicone Septum 3 (3mm thick), PTFE layer is 0.13 mm thick.

20 mm Crimp Caps (100/pk)

The standard cap is a 20 mm diameter headspace crimp cap made from lacquered aluminum. It has an open hole design and fits the 6 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml and 27 ml headspace vials.

20 mm Seals PTFE/Silicone Septum 3 (100/pk)

Septum 3 is silicone rubber, 3 mm thick, coated with 0.13 mm of PTFE.

20 mm Seals PTFE/Silicone Septum 2 (100/pk)

Septum 2 is silicone rubber, 2.4 mm thick, coated with 0.25 mm of PTFE.
